Rachael Cook
Rachael L. Cook (born on the 4th of October, 1978) is an American actress. She has starred with the Baby-Sitters' Club (1995), She's All That (2000), Josie and the Pussycats (2002) and the television show Into the West and Perception. Tifa lockhart voices her. Rachael Cook is the daughter of Thomas Howard Cook, a comedian, social worker and former as well as JoAnn Cook who is a weaver and instructor of cooking. Cook is part Italian. Cook was featured in her first public service announcement about foster care at the age of seven. Cook started working as an infant-print model when she was 10 years old, including ads for national brands like Target. She attended Clara Barton Open School in Clara Barton, Laurel Springs School in Minneapolis, and Minneapolis South High School.
